- [ ] Name the source artifact and version.
- [ ] Attach the brief, audience, intended action, and factual source material.
- [ ] Identify the chosen direction, color roles, typography, spacing, and components.
- [ ] Include desktop and phone layouts and their stacking/wrapping behavior.
- [ ] List prototype states, working actions, placeholders, errors, recovery, and reset behavior.
- [ ] Identify assets, font substitutes, and usage permissions.
- [ ] Name the actual exported files and explain the intended use of each.
- [ ] Open every output and check clipping, crops, margins, and text.
- [ ] Record interaction, keyboard, narrow-width, contrast, and factual checks actually performed.
- [ ] List failures and checks not run. Assign the next work explicitly.
- [ ] Review sharing audience and destinations before publishing.
