- Does the answer distinguish evidence from assumptions?
- Is any confidential or personal information included?
- Could the output unfairly exclude or misrepresent someone?
- Is the result appropriate for the intended audience?
- Does a qualified person need to review it?
- Am I comfortable taking responsibility for using it?
